The former Kate Middleton was apparently visiting her family's home in Bucklebury, Berkshire over the weekend for Father's Day to share a quite lunch with her father Michael Middleton on Sunday.
Such a visit, however, may not be the wisest thing to do once the baby is newly born says former royal bodyguard Ken Wharfe due to security reasons.
Wharfe used to guard Kate's late mother-in-law Princess Diana and the voice of experience says that taking the newborn to the Middletons would be disastrous!
As with everything else, Wharfe is boiling it down to dollars and cents and says, "The cost implications of this operation for just a week would run into hundreds of thousands of pounds."
Also, the former bodyguard claims that "Local residents would soon become loathsome of paparazzi trampling their gardens at night and a loss of privacy."
Duchess Kate, 31, has other concerns at eight months pregnant, she thought it wise to forego attending a friend's wedding today.
Husband Prince William and his brother Prince Harry attended as they are friends of the groom, Thomas van Straubenzee, while Kate and Pippa are friends with the bride Lady Melissa, the daughter of the Duke of Northumberland.
Kate's sister Pippa Middleton also attended the wedding which is 300 miles away in Alnwick. And there are to be no more public appearances for Kate until after the delivery. Her last public appearance was at the trooping of the colour ceremony for june 15.
As for the delivery of the royal baby, further reports confirm that Queen Elizabeth II's former gynecologist Marcus Setchell and her current one, Alan Farthing will be entrusted to bring the future British monarch into this world.
Sources add that Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading where Duchess Catherine was born is a possibility should she unexpectedly go into labor whilst visiting her family. Not long to go now…
