Tony Scott's agents seek $1m unpaid fees

Tony Scott's agents are

seeking $1m in fees they say they

are owed for the deceased director's

work on films such as Unstoppable

and Man on Fire.

The Creative Artists Agency filed a

creditor's claim against the

director's estate on Monday.

Scott died after leaping from a Los

Angeles bridge in August.

The filing seeks a 10% share of

Scott's earnings to direct The Taking

of Pelham 123, Unstoppable, and

Deja Vu. CAA is also seeking residual

payments for Man on Fire, which

Scott directed for $7m plus a $1m

producing fee.

The filings state Deja Vu earned

Scott $10m, and he received a $9.5m

salary for the Pelham 123 remake.

An attorney for Scott's estate

declined comment through a

secretary.

Trouble in paradise for Bruce and Kris Jenner?

Does Kris Jenner make Bruce Jenner

so miserable that he is desperate to

divorce? Wetpaint.com reported on

Wednesday, Jan. 30

that despite "constant denials from

the Kardashian Kamp" reports keep

coming out that Bruce wants out of

his 21 year marriage to Kris.

Allegedly things are getting

"extremely ugly" between Bruce

and Kris, and according to the Feb. 11

edition of Star Magazine, the Jenners

have a "marriage of lies," and Bruce

is "miserable and wants out. Star

claims that Jenner feels trapped by

Kris because "she controls his family,

his family, his finances and his

reputation."

Wetpaint.com reports that a "family

insider" told Star that Kris will not

consent to a divorce because "it

would seriously damage their

brand."

Bruce Jenner does not need

anyone's permission to file for and

obtain a divorce, but reportedly Kris

has threatened to air Bruce's dirty

laundry, which Star hints is a "little

on the girly side." Ellen Kardashian,

Robert Kardashian's widow, who is

also friends with Bruce's ex-wife

Chrystie Crownover, made

allegations about a year ago that

Bruce Jenner is a cross dresser.

Randy Travis sentenced to 180 days in prison for DUI

Country singer Randy Travis has

been sentenced after his August

2012 drunk driving incident.

He plead

guilty to the incident, and was

sentenced to 180 days in jail on

Thursday.

However, he most likely won't spend

any time behind bars. In this case, it's

not because of jail overcrowding,

which is how folks like Lindsay

Lohan, Paris Hilton, and others

always seem to spend a few hours in

jail, and then are released.

Instead,

Travis' sentence was probated for

two years.

In other words, he's on probation for

two years. As long as he stays on the

straight and narrow for that time,

he'll avoid jail. If however, he has a

legal problem, authorities can bring

him in and make him serve the 180

days.

In addition to probation, Travis must

check in to an inpatient alcohol

treatment facility for a minimum of

30 days and complete 100 hours of

community service.

Finally, Travis must also install an

ignition interlock device on any

vehicle he drives for the next two

years. The interlock measures a

driver's blood alcohol level and will

prevent the engine from starting if

the driver's BAC is above the legal

limit.

Travis was arrested for DUI on Aug. 7,

2012. Police found him lying naked in

the roadway, having crashed his car

in a construction area in Texas.

Demi Moore and Russell Brand dating?

Is Demi Moore leaning on fellow

divorcé Russell Brand to get through

her split from Ashton Kutcher?

Yes, according to The Sun. The British

tabloid reported that the pair has

recently bonded over the breakup of

their marriages and a shared love of

yoga.

The report suggests that the two

stars might be more than just good

friends, referencing a January 19 date

to the Stanley Kubrick exhibit at the

Los Angeles County Museum of Art.

The New York Post, however, noted

that Moore's rumored new beau --

31-year-old restaurateur Harry

Morton -- accompanied them on the

outing, suggesting that the actress'

budding relationship with Brand is

likely a platonic one.

Moore announced her split from

Kutcher in November 2011, amid

reports of the "Two and a Half Men"

actor's infidelity. He filed for divorce

from Moore more than a year later in

December 2012.

Brand filed for divorce from Katy

Perry in December 2011 after just 14

months of marriage. The two

finalized their split in July 2012

Beyonce opens up about her miscarriage

Beyonce lives a charmed life as a

superstar singer, actress and mother

of the most beloved baby in

Hollywood -- but even Beyonce isn't

immune to tragedy.

In her new HBO documentary, "Life Is

But a Dream,"

the 31-year-old singer opens about

about the miscarriage she suffered

before she became pregnant with

Blue Ivy.

Although Jay-Z did reference their

tragic loss in the song "Glory"

when he rapped, "Last time the

miscarriage was so tragic/We was

afraid you'd disappear/But nah baby

you magic," Beyonce has never

spoken about it until now.

"About two years ago, I was pregnant

for the first time. And I heard the

heartbeat, which was the most

beautiful music I ever heard in my

life," the singer revealed in one

scene. According to Us Weekly,

Beyonce explains that she and Jay-Z

were ecstatic about the pregnancy

, and had already picked out names.

"I envisioned what my child would

look like ... I was feeling very

maternal," she said in the

documentary. But in the middle of

their excitement something went

wrong and the singer learned during

a check-up that there was no

heartbeat.

The singer dealt with the crushing

blow, the only way she could --

through her music.

"I went into the studio and wrote the

saddest song I've ever written in my

life ... And it was the best form of

therapy for me, because it was the

saddest thing I've ever been

through," she explained.

The star would go on to have a

successful pregnancy with Blue Ivy,

who she gave birth to last January.

"Being pregnant was very much like

falling in love. You are so open. You

are so overjoyed. There's no words

that can express having a baby

growing inside of you, so of course

you want to scream it out and tell

everyone," she said.

Expect Beyonce to get even more

personal in "Life Is But a Dream,"

airing Feb. 16 on HBO.

Kristen Stewart feels neglected by Robert Pattinson

An insider told RadarOnline "with

Robert out of the country, a

thousand miles away working in

Australia, Kristen has been missing

him badly."

"Kristen is angry with him because

she thinks he's not giving her

enough attention - it's absolutely

killing her," the source continued.

"So, she's told him off and said she

wants more messages, updates,

anything...so she doesn't feel

forgotten about!"

Their relationship has been fragile

ever since Kristen got caught up in a

cheating scandal last year when she

kissed her 'Snow White And The

Huntsman' director Rupert Sanders.

Robert is currently away to film 'The

Rover', an "existential Western"

directed by David Michod.

According to the source:

"Robert is

often starting his working day when

Kristen is busy, and vice versa. And

he's not the best at sending texts, or

keeping in touch in the first place."

It is thought that Kristen is putting

an extra amount of effort in to make

the relationship work, and there are

reports that she plans to fly to

Australia to surprise Robert on

Valentine's Day.

Charlie Sheen regrets giving Lindsay Lohan $100K

Charlie Sheen wishes

he had only given Lindsay Lohan $50

000.

The 47-year-old actor gave his Scary

Movie 5 co-star $100 000 after she

allegedly didn't receive all the

money she was supposed to be paid

for her part in the film, but he

regrets giving her so much after she

used it to help pay her hefty $233

904 tax bill.

Speaking on The Tonight Show with

Jay Leno, he said: "They offered me a

decent amount of cash to do Scary

Five as a cameo. Then they said

they're going to hire Lindsay. I

thought fabulous.

"They took half my money to give to

her and she didn't get it all.

And

when I found this out I said, 'You got

shorted a hundred grand' so I gave it

to her.

"I didn't know it was for taxes. If I'd

have known that I'd have given her

half."

Lance Armstrong a 'douche'

But Charlie believes Lindsay - who

narrowly escaped a warrant being

issued for her arrest earlier this

week - is "smart and super fabulous",

and he is confident she will

overcome her latest troubles.

"She's terrific, I mean she's going

through a lot of stuff. She's smart

and super fabulous and I think will

come out on top eventually, you

know," he added.

But Charlie does not hold disgraced

cyclist Lance Armstrong in such high

regard, and insists he was "kind of a

douche" to him when they met at a

party in 2005.

"He was talking to, I think he was

talking to Sheryl Crow at the time. I

said, 'Hi Mr. Armstrong, I'm Charlie

Sheen. I just wanna say hello.' He

looks at me, he's like, 'That's nice.' If

he was a better guy I think in his life

he'd be forgiven a lot faster and a lot

easier. Kind of like me," he told Jay

Leno.
